The Anchor Shade is a great idea but in Texas it SUCKS. Very light winds will make it look like an umbrella that you used to jump off the roof of a house using it for a parachute.
10mph winds will make it go from Anchor Shade to Anchor, but it does not weigh enough for that to work well either.
