Things to do at LOTO this weekend?
 

I'll be rolling into Osage Beach Friday evening. Any suggestions on night life this time of year? Dropping the boat off to LakeLuvr Saturday, and might stay Saturday night too.

Check out the new Salty Dog and Nor-Tech facility at 22mm. I hear it's first class. The Blue Room (HWY 54), Backwater Jack's, Top Sider, The Filling Station, Tire Biters and I hear the old Feeding Trough restaurant is now a nice bar. I haven't been down yet this year, but will soon to check out all the new places. Also, The Fish is a fun bar down on the 31mm, awesome drinks for cheap, must go by boat though. Have fun... :D

Thanks guys, I've been going to LOTO for 10 years, I just haven't been this early in the season. Sounds like its going to be fun as usual :evilb:

I'd recommend The Filling Station, The Blue Room at the City Grill or Pickled Pete's....all of which are on Hwy 54 in Osage. They always seem to be crowded on the weekends. The Blue Room usually starts getting busy after 10:00pm. Topsiders on a friday night is pretty much hit or miss this time of year.....opening night on March 4th was packed, next big night will be the friday of memorial day weekend.

:):) You got that right!! That was before I got asphalt all the way down. Now you can pull right down to the shop and back it into the car port. Shouldn't be any big deal at all, compared to the old way.

BTW, looks like lousy weather here at LOTO this weekend, they are even talking about near freezing at nite and barely over 50 sat, not much better on sunday. Good luck.

yep, still boatless. LS and I were bidding against each other on Cigarette1's boat.....he was willing to pay more for it than I was. :D so the search continues....
