Where do I shop a 496HO?
 

Do any one know where I can find a new 496HO bobtail motor to a good price?? I have to buy from a reliable company since I´m located in Sweden and must send the money in advance.

I don't know if you have Merc dealers over there. I shopped all around. My local Merc dealer's price was only $300 more than the best advertised price I saw anywhere. I went that route to avoid any long distance problems. PM me if you want and I will share the info I collected from shopping around.

Check Out Victory Marine in Dickenson, Texas. I know they sell complete 496HO's bobtail for about 9-10K and they sell and ship quite a few to Europe. ask for Lane and let him know Ray from Raylar told you to call.
