Don Aronow

Hey guys, you have been a great help in the past! Now I'm looking for something that is very important to me (even more so than engine configurations!). I am looking for the book "Don Aronow-The King of Thunderboat Row", and I can't seem to locate one. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!

Re: Don Aronow

go to www.donzi.net and in their forum there is a section on "ask Michal Aronow" who is Don's son and author of the book you are looking for, ask him for a copy and I am sure he will sell you one and probably even autograph it for you.

Ask the Donz Jr. if you can have it after he is done. I lent my "pristine" copy to him last week.

I had a copy and lent it out. It's good reading, but not worth the $40 people are asking. It's a simple paperback. Check Ebay.

My wife got me a copy through Amazon a few years back - they went out and found her a copy. Pretty neat service.

Donz-

Keep it as long as you want. I changed plans and will be doing the Lake Murray Poker Run this weekend. Sorry I can't make it to FL. I'll talk to you soon.

If you cant find that one, try the fountain 25th anniversary book. Dont forget to read my submission on page 68

Thanks, for the advice. I've put in a standing order @ amazon, so I'll see how that goes. I am going to try the Donzi page too. The fountain book won't do, because the boat I am restoring is a '78 Formula. I want to get as much info and history on it as I can.
