Rob,
Thanks on the performance gain. The HP575 was pretty easy to pull more HP out of because it's in such a mild state of tune.
How's your project coming?
I remember you had some questions regarding intercooler plumbing. I worked out a pretty cool setup on mine. I have a 3 way Hardin Marine fitting on my seawater pump line out. It feeds the intercooler. I have an adjustable pressure relief valve on it that stops the intercooler flow at low water presssure/idle, and then it kicks in @ 8PSI. FYI.
I think you have a 388 Hustler? Very nice boats. A friend of mine here in Nashvegas has another one coming (his 3rd, I think), with twin TMP 900s and Arnesons  .........should be be a BMF!
Regards,
Steve

thanks
Rob

Why ruin someone else's life?

Towed 16' Donzi(s) 18 Donzi(s) 20' Cigarette, 24' Pantera, 27' Magnum, never in 35 plus years of trailering boats has a strap been used. Never a problem, learn how to tow a boat, for God sakes. If it is a 13' or 15' Boston Whaler I have used straps to tie down the transom. Alwats have had a chain at the bow eye to keep the boat form coming forward. This is an issue that is way out of proportion on this site.
