Help inserting a picture

I'm a long time member but have never inserted a picture. Can anyone offer help!

When you post a message there is a button that says "manage Attachement" click that and it will come up with a selection, click on browse and locate the file on your computer and then tell it to upload. Max size is 1024x768. Good luck :D :drink:
