cleaning headers - best product ?

headers get water spots, discolored, wondering best prfoduct to clean up and make them shine, also rub rail, best cleaner for black soot and water lines on boat?. thanks

For the headers--Mother's mag wheel polish.

Rub rail--acetone.

Black Soot-- Simple green
