Some consider Leon Slikkers to be sort of a "Father of Fiberglass" Boats. My partner had one of these and it was a handfull at speed. Forgot what the issue was but he ended up parking it at the front door and demanded to see Leon - he finally came out and made things right. Sank off Saugatuck and went down the road to a little un-known co. ( back then) and bought a Douglas Marine Skater - then he found out what a handfull that was too! Loaned it out and it sank also.

Gotta love that steering :D

I like the "expensive hynuatic steering" thats a universal mount hydrualic cylinder out of the grainger or mcmaster car catalog that costs like 200 bucks :D

I AGREE THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT IS JUST OUTSTANDING!!! I WISH I HAD A CIGARETTE STYLE BOAT!!! THE STEERING RAM AND GOLD PLATED PROP IS REALLY CUSTOM TOO.

, The Boat Is Equiped With Two Fuel Tanks, The Sides Have Been Recently Painted,(freshly Rolled As Stated Earlier)

There Are Some Scratches That Can Be Fixed Up. Over All The Boat Is Solid And Capable Of Running Fast Thru Rough Conditions.(must Be An Apache Knock-off)

She Has A New Interior That Shows Nice. The Boat Sat For Many Years, We Put A Battery On Her And The Engine Does Turn ,(thats Promising)

With Some Work You Can Have One Hell Of A Speedboat, What You Have Here Is Is An Old Muscle Boat That With Little Effort Can Be Put Back In Action!! That's It!! No Trailer In Auction. ( Cant Believe They Wouldn't Throw That Nice Trailer In Too!!!)
