I agree it's a sausage fest. But I know what a Jobbie is. It's like a Toolie. All of the guys that worked in automotive engineering in the small shops ( job shops ) that did work for the big three, were called Jobbies. Once a year they would take off from work at lunch and hit the lake. It turned into a big party that doesn't have much to do with the Jobbies now.
