transom Water Pick-ups

If you run external water pick-ups mounted on the transom, what style are they and what's the good and bad about them?

Any pictures would be great!

I saw another post you had about the adjustable pick-ups below. How much room do they take up on the transom - width x height? Then how much $$$ and how fast can I get them??
