They say the boat runs 100mph. with 525s. Anyone know how they run with 600's or some 750s.

I will let you know how one runs with 750s this week.Going to Fountain this week to run it.

What ci. are your 750's? And what drives are you going to run stock XRs or bigger?

They are 582s.Running Imco drives.

Reggie is actually offering a very high x-dimension boat to the general public. I read the review in PB and they said even in spite of it the boat handles well.

I look at this boat as your second Offshore for Sunday racing. The boat with the power shown should do about 130's is by best estimation. If Reggie says 140 he's the man. Just need to loose the gold chain and anchor I suppose.

The fact is Sterling is now making engines up to 1800 HP. A pair of Sterling 1050's should make that a darn near 150 mph boat.

I could never get that boat I would be dead by weeks end.

One has to admit that Reggie juices this sport up and whether you are a Fountain guy or not he is the one raising the bar for others to respond to.


Put T-1300 HP Sterlings in that boat and I would be willing to bet you could match his last kilo run. By the way...Sterlings rule!

Pretty soon all that will be left for Reggie to race are helicopters.
