I KNOW I'd be in jail. I'd find that sob, put a 12 guage to his throat and give him ten seconds to tell me how he was going to get my money back. Azzholes like that DESERVE NO LESS. Sorry Scott but sometimes the court system just doesn't work. I know you won't particularly like this reply. No offense meant.

Hang in Cash, we're all feelin' for ya.

Word has it that Wild Bill is trying to get into, or already is in the real estate "business" in Miami!

Gonna do it all over again, but in the property business?????

Cash Bar and others, I pray for justice, that is not right.

Hopefully your attorneys are working hard to legally make it right for you and others. The system must work or the wild west is on the horizion.

Thanks again to all !!

I will get past it, but getting f'd over twice in 16 months is still a lot of pain and money(over 103k in cash, not including the open loan) to swallow for a bartenders income.

On the bright side, my new restaurant is right on the Ocean and I get to look at lots of HP boats daily. Plus, the smallest thongs in the country seem to come in for bottled water everyday. :D

From the sounds of it........I think I'll give you my boat ....and take you're
job :D

Seriously ... I wish it would have worked out better for you, but remember,
it could always be worst.

Whenever I'm moaning about how much it sucks sometimes with certain
things. I try to think of all these unfortunates in hospitals, wars etc.
Hang in there.........it will get better.
