I contacted the person via email who was listed on the website. I got a very crappy response and I had requested a few pictures 
. The person was not helpful at all and seemed rather uninterested in the whole thing. The way it sounds the bank was going to be the high bidder anyway...I'm guessing that they will take a major loss on this one.
