Yea, guess it depends on what "win" means, if your under the legal limit then I guess you "win", no one said you had to be quietest I guess...so based on that he did win against "The Man!"

In fact with the zoomers that boat was actually faster than without mufflers

All the ones that get you under the legal max decibles are "winners" I am trying the Zoomers out next week.
