Nice...do you mind me asking what you paid for that, I was thinking of doing something like that myself.

I've had the same thing for about 5 years now and still holdin' strong. Great because you don't need a permit to build. I purchased mine from Cover-IT direct.

I bought a Cover-It used from an OSO member, sold it a couple seasons later to another OSO member, and he has since sold it to another guy who is now rebuilding a Formula inside of it. The unit stayed put at the same storage lot, and each person just moved in. If you install them per thier direction and send them photos, you will get thier 15 year warranty. Mine withstood several hard winters, lots of wind, Hurricane Isabel, and an RV swinging into it bending a couple verticle poles.

I highly recommend the kind where the lower fabric flap can float up in the breeze rather than tuck under like mine did. Over time, the fabric that tucked under has been wearing through. The open flap that can move with the wind and air pressure changes allows the structure to withstand this weather MUCH better.

Second note:

Art, shipping manager from www.curveco.com has a 45 x 18 steel modular building that the buyer cancelled on, and he is looking to move quickly. Its worth a call if you are interested. I don't have a place to build one right now, otherwise I would be on it.
