Julie, you should get a kick out of this.
Every now and then I get a customer the is Worthy of posting his story. This guy brought his pontoon boat in and said it would not get W.O.T. and was slow out the hole. He also informed me of the things that he had already tried.
He had been told by a friend (Not Julie) that his prop may be to big, now keep in mind that this was the same prop that the boat came with since new and it ran good at one time. so he made a template out of card board and cut his prop with a saw and grinder to get more RPM's, to make a long story short he had a bad coil and now a bad prop.

The floor came out great, better than new. I was so happy with the results that I am going to redo my hatch this weekend because when I bought new gas struts they were too long. I need to design a new hatch that will accommodate the longer struts and an electric lift.

That prop is awesome (without the damage) That is the Accelerator that was done by Houston Prop. I achieved far superior results than with the Bravo 1 or the stock Mirage Plus. It holds tight in the corners and gave me the unheard of more low end with a gain in MPH. After I damaged it I thought it was too far gone to repair but Darin is working on it for me.

I used an emergency prop and that thing worked OK to get you home just on plane. Try to accelerate with it and it is like gently stepping on the gas and the clutch at the same time in a car.
