be sure to tell me if the check clears and I will take my site down but till you have cash in hand my site stays up. remember that he can cancel a cashiers check too so you may want to wait a week or two. I will take his personal info off the site. well, his phone number and address, the personal stuff actually needs to stay.

I hope this doesn't bring on hords of "I've been riped off" threads.

Cuase it happens every day. But they are not all as bad as yours Margin. Or as less complicated. What I mean to say I hope other don't try to use the power of OSO to gain, instead of for help. We'll have to wait and see I guess.

Glad to hear that the two of you have reached an amicable agreement. It's a shame it happened in the first place, and even a greater shame that Gerry started in with a barage of insults instead of admitting his wrongdoing. However, even despite that, it's commendable that he is now finally stepping up to the plate and taking care of business. :cool:
