I live near that lot if its the one near West Marine on 101, let me know, I can do a quick go over for spiders and rot.

You have seen the boat sitting out by 101 and know the location?
I don't know the location of the storage yard. I'm told it is a shipping yard, not a boat yard, (but it appears there is more then one boat in it.)

No I have not actually seen it but the yard looks like the one near the Caltran tracks.
