I was just looking through a month old powerboat magazine that featured the 40' Skater as its offshore catamaran of the year. With the big scoops on it, it just screams at you. It's like it is hiding a huge beast in there that is just about to be released and is going to wreak terror. I love the way skaters look and wouldn't change a thing on them.
Also Art, nice job on all of those skater hatch's. They look superb. They really have that personal touch to them. |

I second that, the only person I ever heard say something bad about Skater design was on this thread, perhaps that's why it doesn't change, it's timeless. |

Looking at the construction ( glassing ) of the Skater makes me wanna puke.

I nearly gave myself whiplash when I passed that rig Saturday morning sitting at the Hess station on Rt 70 in Wall. Simply Awesome
