Well now that the interior is in we have been busting our humps to rig this thing. It has been nearly two years in the making and I am almost finished. Some of you guys have been asking for an update and I finally got some shots of it last night. So far I think it has turned out a lot better then I ever thought it could.

Yes it does have Hydraulic steering, it is in the standoff box. It is an I.T.S Mercury Racing box with it's own full Hydraulic steering in it which makes for a cleaner and easier install. Basically the I.T.S. is a lot like the number six speedmaster transom assembly but for a bravo drive. If you look closely at the bottom of the box you will see the steering arms behind the trim arms. Thanks for the replies

Wow - it looks awesome!!! I really like how you went with the single instead of twins... Best of luck with it!

PS - It just so happens that I stumbled across these old pictures of the Magnum factory back in the mid-70's while looking for pics for that 188th St thread...thought you might enjoy seeing a couple of these shots.

Charlie, could you post more pics of the mag factory.
Especially if you have anything w/ a 38.

Sure no problem but there isn't much from the factory on the 38... I think we've got some old brouchures somewhere...

Thanks charlie!!
That wasn't our 38, not w/ that green carpet!
But that boat had a real usable cabin.

Yeah it was a great boat - still love Magnums. My parents had one for a while w/twin 454's - an open version. I saw yours had one with a flybridge...must have been nice.
