Is a bigger boat not going to work for you? because changing brands w/o going longer doesnt seem to make real sense. I think alot of guys aren't reading this entire post. They may not realize you already have the baja. If you wouldn't go to a longer boat, now or later, then maybe do the swap.

Someone in the pantera forum, just took delivery on his new 24, in lieu of his older baja 24. One month after delivery he is looking to sell and get a 28! be careful...

If you have a 24'er the true next move up is a 32'-35'er...then a 42'er...then stop! :D

I guess going bigger would be nice..... I really don't feel the need to though. The 24 is easy to haul (If I have to), it works well for an overnighter here and there. (All I have time for) Plus I really don't want to maintain 2 engines and 2 outdrives!

Formula big time,, and if you overnighted more frequently I would say jump ship because you will like the cabin in the Formula much more, also I would say if you were gonna jump ship look at the 271's, pretty much the 242 but there are some odd's and end's that make it a bit nicer, plus then you can say you stepped up a bit, I went from a 242 to the 271 and love both,:grinser010:

I would go with the formula. As it has been said it is a nicer quality boat that you will enjoy more and if you decide to sell it will hold it s value much better then a baja.
