i just bought a blowershop 1471 for my boat i have bigblock 572 just wonderin if i really need to dyno or just put the blower with 5 psi

OMG yes. You need to tune the engine for the blower. You will have to rejet the carbs. Otherwise you might melt a piston. Dyno tuning is needed to get it close.

dyno tuning is a good tool but a good air/fuel meter works really good.on every engine for marine i have dyno,d,needed to be retuned in the boat with a a/f ratio meter.
