Excuses
 

When do you get tired of hearing lies and stories why your boat is not done. I have been given excuses for the last 3 months why my boat is not done. Transom replacement and motor mount and complete buff out. Motor and outdrive yet to be reinstalled. Only just started buffing now has to wet sand. Has had boat over a year. Always blaming it on help.

For the most part these guys are little less than McDonald's workers, they have no concept of customer service, no business sense, no plan to ever see the same customer twice and in the end they are back to McDonald's because they went out of business. The are very single and closed minded, they are busy now but don't realize that word travels and when they are not busy because they have the reputation of a con artist or a crook they start to steal your stuff and others and bail out of town. None are well capitalized and when things get tough they have no way to stay afloat without going to the dark side. Then you can't tell them how you feel or they will do a half a$$ job or not do it at all. You have to wait until they are done then lay into them. I have burned so many bridges with these guys and persuaded many many people not to go to them again. In the end they folded and I got the last laugh. So just wait, your time will come.
