He used to own night clubs in town, so he was just playing a retired guy with a dream job. Over 8000 hours did say alot for Sonic, solid ride, and that boat got driven When he turned his hat backwards and said YEE HAW, you better be holding on!
we went out with robert maybe 3 or 4 years ago and the ICW part was just as cool as busting thru the incoming surf going out...(i am sure that idle gets boring if you live there, but when you don't and he is telling you who lives where and what everything is, its pretty cool...) he charged 2 of us 100 bucks for two hours because he was bored and it was a slow day...

I would think the insurance on something like that would be outrageous I am sure they probably haven't had many claims, but think how many trips that boat makes in a day. He's a great captain, but in the ocean, someone falling down or whatever is going to happen sooner or later

I've been out when he had the 35 in 00, good time, he wanted to wait to hopefully get a couple more passengers, my wife had just come back from a crusie and had some hours to kill before we flew home to Boston. I said I don't care how muck it is lets go!!! Had a great time couldn't believe the bimini took such a beating. Anyways, didn't bend me over when we got back to the dock so he was tipped well.
