Headroom in the 38ZR is about 60" almost the same as a Formula the 38 ZX is 6ft much bigger but they are two different boats. Donzi will continue making the 38ZX that boat is more of a family Performance Boat with big room down stairs.

Has anyone ever put any #6's on either a 38ZX or even a trip 45ZX, thanks Jeff

Not sure of about the 45 but the 38 has no room for a transmission in the bilge. It is very tight with just a Bravo setup. I suppose you could put the trannies in a box? If anyone is footing the bill I'll volunteer my hull :drink:

Jass I know the had a 38ZR with 6's and merc 1075's running over 120. I don't know about a ZX with 6's though.
