Hi Scott,

He's ok. Maybe you could say better than ever? We have stayed in touch fairly regularly. He is very busy with a lot of stuff going on in his life. I don't want to mess with his privacy. But let me just say that he is not in trouble or anything. Just a lot going on.

He has a bad azz Jet Ski of some kind. Goes like 85 which I understand is about the world record for a stock ski. (I am no expert... but he told me once.)

Great guy and a good friend. I look forward to his return to OSO sometime.

Speaking of great guys... I look forward to being able to hang with you guys sometime this summer.

We have now come full circle.
You didn't read slow enough.

I said "want to buy you a drink."

I did not say "I will buy you a drink."

I better put a smiley in here.

But after all this I would be happy to buy you a drink.
But not the rest of these pr*cks. uh-oh. there.

No cash value. Gotta meet in person. How far are you from Lake Erie?

I'm glad that Magic thought this whole deal was funny... because I hijacked the crap out of this thread. Sorry.

Sucking up will NOT get you beers

Every now and then a guy posts a lot and then just disappears into thin air and it makes me wonder "hey what ever happened to that guy" I understand the too busy part it is hard to get my work done when I'm typing on here.

Adding to the thread I do own a Ski and consider myself careful and courteous. I attribute this to owning a larger boat and always checking my surroundings!

You are one of the few people on here that I am actually indebted to. YOU I owe several beers.

Yeah... small leak (I don't like leaks) so I took it to the dealer. (I do most of my own work... but...)

The dealer said the transom was bad when he couldn't pin it down.

An OSO member took the boat and found a leak at the Y-pipe fiiting and is taking care of it.

The transom is 18 years old.... but not exactly rotted out.

I didn't think it was... I had the port side unrigged last year and the cutout looked really good.
