Default Should I whipple charge her?

I have a sunsation 288 with a 496 mag, it does about 68mph and I am obviously looking for more is it a better idea to build the motor or install a Whipple or pro charger? I here it will do low 80's on low boost. Will it fit with out moving the seat and hatch ect:? and is the blower noise loud. I have been in a few pro chargers that were very loud! I figure I will have to build the drive and put on a steering arm. What about the trim tabs are my Bennett ok or do I have to go to a longer k-Plane, I know it would be better but is it necessary?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated

A friend has a 288 w/ 454 Mag MPI/Whipple. He runs in the high 70's. I don't think any interior mods were necessary to fit the whipple. He broke his drive last year and he does not run the boat hard. So, an upgraded drive would be a good idea. He has the bennet tabs too. I'd opt for k-planes .

I wish you alot of luck if you decide to whimmple it. Whipples are hard to find....like slim to none..unless another parts place is sitting on one.
