Who's going to SOTW to watch the run buy boat??
 

Looking for a group that's going to watch the run by boat. If so where are you leaving out of ??

I will be leaving Holland around 9am, waiting for the fleet there,then running up to GH and wait for them to return fo lunch maybe run to white lake with them after...

I'll be watching the second leg heading to Whitehall, we usually go about a mile north of the GH channel watch them leave then to Muskegon to watch them go again from there after the card stop.....Fred

Bring lunch for your boat. we will be cooking hamburgers on the seawall ( well, actually on a grill, that is setting on the seawall)
and reply to confirm your attendance.

8:45 leave DNR launch, Holland
9:15-9:45 drift outside Holland
9:38-9:45 Boats arrive
9:45-10:15 watch boats pickup card in Holland
10:15-11:00 Head to grand haven
11:00-12:00 lunch on the seawall
12:00 -1:30 checkout boats in Grand Haven
1:30-2:00 Watch Boats head to Whitehall
2:00-4:00 swim in Lake Mich or Hanky Panky Cove, or just burn some fuel
4:00 Head for Holland
5:00 Arrive at DNR Launch, Holland

Starting in holland is fun because it is cool waiting in silence and hearing the rumble of the first boats and then their roosts appearing on the horizon.......

I have a slip reserved at the Grand Haven yacht club, located right next door to the SOTW event but encountered mechanical problems this past weekend, don't think I'll be able to bring the 38' PQ over to run. If anyone has room for 2 paying riders I'll provide the slip in Grand Haven. Slip will hold up to 40 footer.

we will be in the water around 8 - 830am in grand haven. plan to run down to somewhere between port sheldon and holland. then back to the cottage to change the crew out. plain to run up to muskegon ish. then back to grand haven for the last leg. can't wait!!! we will be on the boardwalk friday nite.
hey rookie look us up in gh. and dyno we will watch for you in the afternoon comming up.

I'm hoping (planning) to hook up with my local guide, dyno, for the run. That is, *if* my trailer is ready (fingers very crossed right now!!!!)
