How are you gonna cruise at 80 when 90 is your top?
Realistically you'll need to top out at 107, then pull back about 25% on RPM, which would give close to 80mph.
525s in anything wont do it.
I'd call Phil and let him finish you a 39 w/ Zuls.
If you are serious, contact Rick, OSG, he's got a gladiator w/ zuls and runs 114+. He'll give you an honest opinion of Lipship and Zul.

If you like the fountain...
you can get a 42 w/ a pair of JC 1100s.
Probably be the best bang for the buck.

Not the norm... maybe 1100 is a bit much, but 850 would not need a rebuild every year... maybe every 3yrs.
Have you talked to any engine builders?

They are all great boats. Just think of each and see if they stir your emotions because that's what boating is all about, isn't it? What a great problem to have.

3 great boats, Nor-Tech seems like the best choice for pleasure boating, all around room and comfort.

The most room, and a v-berth. I am guessing an enclosed head as well. Just from a cabin and space concept.

Not based on performance. For performance I would go with OL, I have never ridden in any of them though, which would obviously be the most important thing to do.
