Those props actually look used, one even had a dent in it. Maybe they sent the wrong props by accident??

If I were Hydromotive I'd be quite embarassed by that. And you're right, they should NEVER have left the factory.

This is the first time I've ever heard about a negative issue with Hydromotive. I've had their Quad IV props for five years now and they still look like they came out of the box, mirror finish on them.

If Fred's on the case, it's taken care of.........

Fred will take care of it, it appears as a mishap from his supplier. Like someone mentioned earlier, looks like a used set to be reconditioned, and got mixed up accidently, stuff happens.

In pics H1,H2,H3 the weld is no good. There is no fusion of the base metal and the blade. If thats how the weld looks on the surface it will have as many inclusions and pockets underneath. I would want a new prop.
Im not sure what process is used to weld the blades but if its a mig process I would bet the welder ran out of shielding gas.

And I agree! With Fred on the job it will get resolved.

I'm glad they were drop shipped, otherwise I'd be real dissapointed in you Fred.
I'm sure this will get cleared up quickly.
