Most would not consider that a problem. The thing is, the boats I like she will NEVER like. I like most of the "F1" type boats. Superboat, Activator, Kryptonite, Warlock, Phantom, Extreme ..... These boats are fast, econmical and give an "exillerating" ride to me. I have a 24 Superboat which handles the waters I frequent just fine. She says, too much wind, not smooth enough, and too much flight time!

I wonder if my wife just scares easily, complains too much or what? Does your wife/GF's get scared when you lay into the sticks and air it out?

I can afford a bigger boat but I am happy where I am now. I guess I can probably ignore her for a few more seasons.

wife love's our 27 warlock, she love's to go fast and she feels safe in the 27 (deep cockpit) she likes to drive, and she also likes to get air!

Dude...at least your wife is into boats. If I only had that problem. If my wife told me to get a bigger boat, no matter what kind, I'd be in heaven. You ought to spend time on the other side of the fence before you think you have issues.

It took a little while but the wife loved the Active Thunder and didnt mind the high speeds. If we were side by side with another boat she didnt seem to mind the air time as long as I didnt back off the throttles
Running alone she like a little more resonable pace.
Well this year I bought the AMT and becaud=se she is pregnant she has not been able to ride in it this summer. She has been riding with Excavator in his 37 Outerlimits and Stecz in the Cafe. Im not sure this is a good move unless Im ready to move up again. She's not pushing it because she will not be on it with the baby for the first year.
Like you Im happy were I am.

My wife loves to go out on larger boats like Biggus's Cig and what not, even air it out. She loves the Donzi as long as there is not a ripple in the lake. She HATES the pounding. She would let me buy just about anything as long as it does not pound through the waves....

I must be one of the lucky ones.....My wife was against "go-fasts" until a ride in a buddies 38 fountain where we aired it out a few times. On the way home the next day she told me to sell the cruiser and the runabout for one. (bought the Formula a few months later and she loves it!!!)

My wife's cool till 50 or 60 mph in calm water over that , I have a very limited time. Although , it's getting to be understood that if someone comes along side and wants to play...we're gonna play .
