Default Don't miss out on this whoop arse Poker Run

There is only a week to go before the HRPA poker run.

The actual name of the event is Little Creek Regatta. Yeah the name sux, and gives no clue on the Scope of this event.
http://www.littlecreekregatta.org/

So far there will be LOTS of hardware at the event as there as 77 boat signed up.

Check the post in the poker run section of OSO for more info, and / or search HRPA poker run and see all the positive comments from past participants.
This is one event you SHOULD do, if you think your boat can handle it.

John, you forgot to list PQ's. I know there will be several of those.

Looking forward to it. Especially after this weekend of crappy weather.

I see that there are also:
2- Velocity's
1- Nortech
1- Warlock
1- Obsession
1- Spectre
1- Profile

It will be worth the trip just for the hardware. Not to mention all the Submarines, Aircraft Carriers, Destroyers, etc that pass with-in 800ish feet of.

Donziman2, you need to change your name. Maybe Fountainman1 or just Reg?

I'll Try again to not get cut off. We will have special prizes for each stop. We have Hooters as a sponsor and the stops will be manned ( ) by Hooters girls with prizes from Hooters in addition. Lunch at Hooters is included as well as Dinner from one of the best BBQ places in the world, VA Diner. All boats get an embroidered Captains bags with 4, thats right, 4 T shirts as well as ditty items. All this fun is to support the St Judes Research Hospital for kids with cancer. Last year we raised $155 K and have in the bank already in excess of $85 Which is ahead of last year. All Helo shots will be done by Randy Nuzzo and all entries will be getting a video included in the package.

Good to see you back on the board Bob!

John, great job as always! Just how much money has LCR raised for St. Judes over the years? Gotta be close to a mil after this year!
