Re: LEOPA Poker Run
Nice looking collection of hardware!
Looks like I'm coming up a week too late. Look for me to be launching from the city ramp in Sandusky on Saturday morning 8/6, and around PIB until the 13th. Silver Formula 382.
Now that I know what GlassDave, Scott, and a few others look like, I'll know who to say "Hi" to. (Or stay away from???)

Three incidents in turn three today.
Grumpy old men spun out and broke a gimbal after a washdown by Papa Dukes.
Popeyes Chicken flipped in turn three.
New Reliable Carriers flipped same place two laps later.
No injuries! Glad I did not have to do any work out there!

It was blowing out of the North East and the first leg was rough but not the typical Lake Erie bone crusher. We were riding the troughs so other than feeling sea sick from a hangover it was not that bad. Of course we were going slow it seemed like most of the fleet was running around 50.
Out of 60 boats I only heard of a few that broke down.
After lunch the lake was laying down and we had some fun water
I came in 9th place and ended up with a 30amp splitter. The club does a great job making this one of the best runs in the area it was a fun weekend that went buy way too fast.
Thanks for the Pict's Chris

Re: LEOPA Poker Run
On behalf of the entire LEOPA Poker Run committee I would like to once again thank all of the participants for making this yet another GREAT poker run.
As you all know we can do all the planning in the world for an event, but without great people to participate it just wouldn't
be the great event that it was.
Thank you very much and I hope to see everyone next year or at one of the other great LEOPA events.
