New World speed records Super Cat & Super V
Just heard the new Super V record is now 112.7 Instagator
and the Super Cat CRC boat is Record now is 158 mph with a one way top speed of 162.
There steping it up

42 MTI cat with speck 750 crabs they said
one pass was 154 and the other was 162mph.avarage 158mph
The 42 Fountain Instigator boat has 525 mercs with # 6 drives .I think the old record was 109.

Sorry Sean, should have told you. I talked to Randy yesterday before he left for overseas, He told me Jeff was going to set a new record. Does anyone know if they have to be at weight when they set the record. I know the MTI's are coming in about 7500#s and having to add lead to get to the minimum wt. They have been routinely running mid 150' s on the straights at races with the wt. 
So when are we getting those new MTI's big daddy.

heck i all i need is some 750's (cough, cough
) to run 160+ in the MTI? you all are gonna be trouble with 1200's.... jc told me to ask for the jeff harris special rig/tune....
