Re: 38 PowerPlay
Was it white with a blue powerplay down the side? IF so I think it is the one with the pulse drives conversion that has been for sale for ever.

be sure to pack some horsepower, THAT Powerplay runs very well. The owners do keep it at Turkey Point Marina and are CBPBA members. btw... thanks for the ride guys :evilb: |

So I guess no one knows where it went too?

Re: 38 PowerPlay
Sounds like it ended up in Brian's neck of the woods to me? Running in MD / Chesapeake area?
|
Re: 38 PowerPlay
Yep, I am faily certain its on the Chesapeake Bay. A post on www.cbpba.com might confirm moreso.

Re: 38 PowerPlay
Matt and Stephanie Hollaway own the boat and they keep it right down the street from my house at Turkey Point Marina off of the South River. I have there cell # if you are looking to get a hold of them or you can PM Stephanie on our club web site. QtPie (screenname) www.cbpba.com

Re: 38 PowerPlay
Great looking boat, It was in Hot Boat as well, and on the cover!!!
Spicy, do you know any real top speed numbers with the 525's in there. Everyone says mid 80's but can you confirm that?? |
Re: 38 PowerPlay
They sold the 525's last winter with a few hours on it, the had a local shop MDG performance build a set of NA 725's for the boat and I believe with some prop changes and some dialing in that Dave and Matt did they have the boat touching 100!!!!!! It is an outstanding looking boat and it runs well, Matt and Steph are extremely anal and the boat stays spotless, they just had a lift cover installed at the marina to keep the elements off of it.
As for the Hot Boat cover, that was I believe a different boat, very similar paint, different color swim platform, that magazine came out and they got there boat a couple of weeks/month later. I know that Matt had to kick and scream to make sure his boat did show up in Maryland. |
Re: 38 PowerPlay
why did he have to kick and scream to get his boat ?
