Not much, if any, damage in the Madison area to speak of. I live in DeForest which is about 10 miles northeasat of Madison and there was a small tornado sighted just to our west about 2 miles but it was just a scary swirly wall cloud when it passed over us. Quite an impressive storm. Lots of damage in the Stoughton area as obviously already shown. I can't imagine losing a home(or injury, etc.) to a disaster like this. It really hits home when it's so close.
Debris from the storm in Stoughton has been found in western suburbs of Milwaukee (Waukesha). A few of the news photos/videos I've seen show the debris fairly well. If you can see the debris in the videos it is pretty good sized...some news reporters mentioned sheets of plywood flying around...others have mentioned that insulation was swept up so high that it actually came back down and it was frozen solid. Just wicked power in these types of storms.

Yeah...supposed to be cool this weekend...Saturday will be the better of the 2 days. We missed you at the Poker Run a couple weeks ago! Not sure if we'll be out or not at this point. I guess it depends on the weather. If we do decide to go out, it will be Saturday and probably on Lake Mendota. As hp500 mentioned...the iceberg is still hibernating!
