Man, Thanks for the warning. I was just thinking he would be a good potential crew member for Freedom US1 on Saturday. I forgot about the master plan of MTI taking over the world.

I can set you up with full race or pleasure, Dart 598 CI 820 Hp pump gas, carb motors for under $18K each.

You can bolt blowers on both, make as much power as you want and still be at half the price of one big Merc.

A freind that has been following this thread told me that T2x had made a comment that our new 38' Aero Speed Marine would be his second choice behind Skater. I really appreciate the fact that we were even put in the same ball park with Skater or MTI.

Rich, I've spent countless hours on the phone with George Linder & Kenny Adams. The info that they helped us with was a great value we owe them big time.

I liked the inerview in the power boat mag that you did it was very informative. Hopefully the people that can afford these boat read it very carefully. My biggest fear is someone being injured in one of our boats.

My logic here is simple and consistent. The only two all original cats available are the Skater and the Doug Wright. Certainly a case could be made for the OL and Nortech hulls but neither of these is an outstanding performer in the class of the top two. The Skater is definitely the standard that others are trying to achieve. Peter's custom work trumps everyone else because none of the others can give you a truly custom hull (variable tunnel width, bottom mods as needed, totally hand made deck, etc). Couple that to top shelf performance and there is no contest IMHO. The Doug Wright is the only hull that can compete with the outboard Skaters on the race course and, in fact, the 32 footer is one of those hulls that comes along every so often (Cigarette/ Magnum 24, Challenger 21, Cougar 38, Shadow 30, Apache 41, Skater 28, 40, 46, Ten Cara, etc) where everything just balances and works beyond the level of anything that came before and sets a new standard while creating a string of copy cats. So those are the only two hulls that I would spend my own money on or advise someone else to purchase.

In this time where the dollar is more precious than ever (except in the hands of Liberal Democrats), why not demand the very best?
