Well it looks like the deal might be done this weekend....Im not looking forward too it...I almost hope something goes South, but I doubt it. This was a great boat with tons of adrenalin..I hate to see it in someone elses hands..I watched her from the mold up come together..The insurance and gas just got way outa line for me to keep her..I know most people cant wait to sell there boat, and be done with it. I for one am not one of these people.

Frank, Sorry to hear that you are parting ways with your pride and joy. I know the feeling first hand. It's not that you HAVE to sell it, but it just seems like the right move. I am sure once it is gone and the bleeding stops, you will realize that this was a good decision. Plus, I think boat shopping is half the fun of owning a boat!
On the other hand, a serious buyer is good news for Mike. Although a 36 footer AND a 38 footer docked behind the house would look awesome. There would be no mistaking Mike for anything but the real deal. I can't wait to see the new one. It sounds awesome.

Frank, I know this has to be tearing you up inside. But you're right, insurance costs and fuels costs are killing us working stiffs.
I had seriously planned on repowering my boat with a pair of 650's this winter, but as of now I'm nixing that idea. I'd rather cruise at 55 and be able to almost afford it than to cruise at 75 and not be able to afford it.
Hope you and Jana can find something that fits the circumstances a little better. You guys are some of the truely "good guys" on the water. Russ
