Hull blueprinting
 
Has anyone done this to their boat? How much speed did you get out of it? How much did it cost? Who does it in socal? Thanks.

maybe nothing if your hull is straight... maybe a lot if your hull is like one of JC's motors... :evilb: :D

Holy crap! I read somewhere that it would be around 3-400 bucks and expect 2-3 mph on average. Ouch!

That was in Powerboat or Hotboat saying that it costs only $600.00.....I think it costs alot more than that

Its not worth it unless you have a huge problem or you are trying to set a kilo.

and that might be cheap if you hull has serious issues...

29 shockwave. It seems to be about 5 mph off what I expected. Their hulls look a little wavy from the sides. I asked Jim Wilkes about this and he said it's because they pop them out of the molds too quickly. Hot Boat says it will do 70 with a 500efi engine.
