so they tell me I have 1 week to gather what I need and then i have to leave for 1 month. So much for the rest of the boating season. Hope the Dominator is still in 1 piece. Have yet to see what the house looks like.

My little "floating hotel room", (as Liquid Fix puts it) is available also. Small, but comfy for two people. It's in a slip on Clear Lake...

There are no finer people than those here on OSO. There is never a shortage of generosity and a helping spirit around here.
I wish I had more room, and I'm pretty far away, but I too, will open my home to any OSO'er from the affected areas.
A place to lay down, take a shower, get some food and water, and a place set up to make phone calls from, contact insurance, etc. can be invaluable in a time like this.
