It definitely looks like a sculling boat, as said above, used for duck hunting to keep a low profile while slowly approaching "moored" ducks. Of course, the engine is not used for such stalks. :p

white folks better start carrying firearms its getting ruff down there. seems to me only the low lifes are left in that area. anybody that had .02 cents to rub together is gone, only the low lifes are stuck there...

That is a duck boat with a mud motor on it, definitely good for looter shooters.

Go devil. Made right around the corner. Mostly used for duck hunting.

They make a twin engine model.
