Survey in NW OHIO

Any suggestions who in the Toledo area would be a good contact for a Bank/Boat survey?

Captain Ted Polgar (retired USCG) did the survey on my 79' Excalibur about 5 years ago very thurough wrote a 5 page report on the condition of the boat I think about 250 dollarsis what he charged that was for Key bank I just cant find his number though if I find it I'll post it
