Realtors in Florida need to be fingerprinted before they receive their licenses. They cannot have criminal records. Doesn't this guy have a criminal record ?

He virtually single handedly brought the used boat market to a grinding halt last year. He took boats in on trade and re-sold them with new loans without paying off the old loan. So many happy new owners found another bank and the old owner of tittle wanting their boat back. I'm over simplifying here but it should give you some idea. He ripped off many, many members of this board.
