I guarantee you that the Florida Real Estate Commission is one of the most STRICT in the country....
very very very very difficult to deal with if you happened to get a complaint against you.... they take complaints VERY seriously!

Shouldn't the people that have been had by this guy already have attachments? Could they even have attached him personally or just his LLC or Corp.?... which doesnt have anything anyway. If so, why havent they already been paid back.... If not, what are they waiting for? until he makes some money and buries it in his backyard and says he doesnt have any?
