42 revolution porpoising
havent been on in awhile... the 42 revolution finally saw water this weekend. we will be at lake cumberland in jamestown marina at slip n7 this weekend(not in poker run). we took it out thursday and it ran great but porpoised horrible. you coudlnt raise teh drives even one notch before it started porpoisng. it needs the trim tabs to keep it level butr u acnt use tehm at high speed wtih teh drives up. is tehre any way to fix the problem? i have seen hydrofoils they put on outdrives that suposedly reduce porpoising but am not sure how well tehy woudl work on a 42 ft boat. the boat is a 1990 cigarette revolution 42 triple bravos with nose cones 640 hp 670 torque per engine. thanks, please help
