You can try the Westwinds. It is a B+B. Stayed there many times. Six of us staying there this year. It is on Eaton Street, 4 blocks from Duval, 2-3 blocks from the harbor (Schooner Warf, Turtle Krauls).

We just made reservations at the Artist House a Victorian B & B. The place looks beautiful and close to all the bars :drink: We booked the Studio room and since we are staying 6 nights they gave me a 15% discount :D With tax the room came out to $135.00 a night. Considering their location and ammenities it was one of the best deals I found and I called over 30 places. They have 4 rooms left check them out. http://www.artisthousekeywest.com/tour.htm

The Comfort Inn which is nice, but not in walking distance was $89 week nights and $120.00 on the weekends.

There are plenty of rooms left especially around the 135 to 150 price range.
