Steer clear of prostate cancer sipping on pomegranate juice

I got the info in this link from a Google email I get every few days that shows all the articles published regarding Prostate Cancer.

There have been a lot of similar findings reported lately so I offer it up for everyone's info.

I've been "enjoying" all the benefits of treatment for this malady ( and kidney cancer) since January and my experience says that prevention is the best option.

I've never tasted the stuff before but I'm going to find some tomorrow. Hopefully it will taste like Rum and TOnic or Budweiser.

Hope you find it worthwhile reading.

Poorsche sorry to hear about your health problems, my dad had prostate cancer 10 years ago and had radioactive seeds implanted, complete cure and his psa is almost nonexistent. Best of luck, Chris

Pomegranates alone are fun to eat. And taste good too.

If your interested I set up a Google Alert that looks for Prostate Cancer topics. I've been getting the alerts twice a week since January 2005. I've gotten a lot of great background info that's helped me talk to my Oncologist, Urologist. my kids and most importantly MYSELF.

I'll be glad to share all that with you for yur Dad.

He needs to ask lots of questions of lots of sources before he makes decisions. There is a lot of hype in this health area and much of it is careless hype and finanacially oriented.

I went to Moffet in Tampa and Shands at UF. We talked to MD Anderson for my folks as they went thru this crap while Iwas thier care-giver for 6 years. All first class, and only provided absolutelty unvarnished, unbiased truth.
