Default Aftermarket fuel tanks for GMC?

Does anyone know who makes an aftermarket larger fuel tank for a 2005 GMC 2500HD? I have a shortbed with a small tank...it's only 28 gallons. I either want to replace the tank or put one in the bed of the truck that you cannot see fom the side. (I don't want it visible)
Any suggestions? Thanks

Can't Wait, from here on the boad had a larger tank installed in his 2500 a couple of yrs ago. I believe it was a factory replacement done at the dealer, but not for sure.

I just bought a 2006 2500hd crewcab shortbed and am also looking for something that will go in the front of the bed with maybe a toolbox over it.

They also make on to go under the roll-n-lock bed covers, you can't see any thing.

I have heard of some people who have these tanks and are happy with them.... I have a 2500HD with the 8.1L and only a 26 gallon tank - my range is about 150 miles towing..

Well, this is too bad. The Ford Excursion has a 50gal tank and an 800 mile range empty.

Get a hold of Dock Holiday here on OSO. He added a combo tool box and fuel tank to his F350. It is hidden beneath the bed rails.

How did you get a 50 gallon tank. Mine is only 45 gallons. LOL

My nephew works at a GM dealer in Idaho and they designed a 63 gallon tank that replaces the factory tank for the 2500 hd diesel. I'll get the specifics for you tonight and post them tomorrow.
