Re: scam?
Hooooo Hooooo!!!...... The scammers never stop trying different angles. A friend of mine just listed her spare bedroom in her apartment on "craigslist" here in LA.... Soon she started receiving e-mails from people in "London" .... or "Amsterdam"... ( probably really in Nigeria) wanting to rent the room. They wanted her to accept a check from their "client" here in the states. The only thing... they wanted to send 3800.00 dollars more than what she needed for rent and deposit... Of course... they "trust" her with the money and would be happy to have her send the balance to their "friend" here in the states. yeah.... right.... same scam... different angle.
