Ed, I have two brand new in the box, no fuel thru them Holly 4150 850 CFM carbs. Pre jetted for a 502. Nickerson can change the vents to marine vents cheap. I also have two brand new 6 quart oil pans for the GEN VI block, but not a true marine pan. You purchase a carb, you get a pan. Not recommended, but your choice. You should really run a marine pan of at least an 8 quart capacity.
